Our guides participate in regular, ongoing river rescue and First Aid training, maintaining high safety standards on every tour.
Travel Conditions
The tour itinerary and timing is subject to change based on road and weather conditions on the day of travel.
Credit Card Payment
All transactions will be processed in AUD. The Card holder and Credit Card used in this booking must be present on the day of the tour to sign and verify the use of their card for this booking. Should the Card holder or Credit Card not be present on the day of travel then another form of payment must be made. If this happens then the original amount will be refunded onto the credit card minus $2.00 for transaction fees. If the Credit Card holder is not present on the tour then the tour operator reserves the right to take payment in full on the day or cancel the customers tour and the relevant cancellation policies would apply.
Important Information
Aussie Drifterz / Foaming Fury reserves the right to change the itinerary or price at any time without notice.
Liability Release Form
Every participant must sign a Liability Release Form prior to commencing tubing. Passengers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
Medical Conditions
Some medical conditions, disabilities or impairments may exclude participants from tubing for safety reasons. Eg Pregnancy. Passengers should disclose any conditions at time of booking.
Alcohol
No alcohol permitted on any tour.
Pay On Board Levy
Pay on-board river tubing levy is a component of our retail price which we require to be paid direct to Aussie Drifterz.
Cancellation Policy
50% refund within 48 hours of departure. NO refund within 24 hours of departure.
Code Sharing
Aussie Drifterz is a sister company to Foaming Fury White Water Rafting and River Tubing. Passenger numbers and river heights may mean that tours will run in conjunction with Foaming Fury’s River Tubing Tour on either Behana Gorge or the Mulgrave River.
Delivery Policy
Once a booking is confirmed and payment received a pick up time will be instructed and the tour will begin at the specified time and place.

Australian Whitewater Rafting Rapid Grading System
Please note that our river tubing tours operate on river systems which may deliver Grade 1 or Grade 2 rapids, pending weather and time of year. These are defined as follows:
Grade 1: Rapids are small to regular waves. The passage is clear and easy to recognise and negotiate. Care may be needed with obstacles like fallen trees and bridge piers.
Grade 2: Rapids with regular medium sized waves (less than 1 m); low ledges or drops; easy eddies and gradual bends. The passage is easy to recognise and is generally unobstructed although there may be rocks in the main current, overhanging branches or log jams.
